IT Specialist – Support & Systems Administration

About the role

The IT Specialist will install, configure and maintain hardware, software and peripheral devices for the company. You will provide technical support to end‑users and ensure the reliability of the network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other peripherals.
• Provide first‑line technical support and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Perform system updates, backups and apply security patches.
• Document IT procedures, system configurations and incident reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and wireless networking.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft or Cisco) are preferred.
