About the role
TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 technical assistance for its Contact Center operations in Egypt. You will work closely with IT teams across Greece, the US and other locations, handling day‑to‑day support and system health monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support including password resets, desktop/laptop setup, patching and new‑hire/termination coordination.
- Monitor and report on system availability, performance and capacity for assigned services.
- Identify and resolve operational and security issues, and participate in enterprise‑wide technical projects.
- Research, plan and coordinate upgrades or new system implementations.
- Train peers on system monitoring and routine administration, and coordinate vendor support when needed.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Relevant work experience preferred; BPO experience is a must.
Required skills
- Active Directory 2012 R2 (good to have).
- Group Policy management (good to have).
- Google Apps.
