About the role
Vertex Technologies seeks an experienced Solutions Architect (.NET) to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise applications for multinational clients. You will bridge business vision and technical execution, guiding engineering teams and ensuring high‑quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end technical architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, resilience, and security.
- Define coding standards, architectural blueprints, and conduct design reviews and security assessments.
- Lead cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, GCP) and micro‑services/containerization initiatives (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Act as escalation point for performance optimization, high‑load issues, and critical security vulnerability resolution.
- Mentor Tech Leads and foster an engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executives, product managers, and clients to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Drive pre‑sales activities, provide architectural estimations, and define solution strategies for prospects.
Required profile
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Principal, Lead, or Solutions Architect role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills and experience in client‑facing architecture and pre‑sales support.
Required skills
- C#.NET Core / .NET 8+, asynchronous patterns
- Design of scalable RESTful APIs, gRPC, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus
- MS SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, data modeling and query optimization
- Front‑end frameworks: Angular, React, Vue
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP; serverless and container orchestration
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure‑as‑Code
- Domain‑Driven Design, Agile delivery, enterprise security and cost optimization
