Junior Business Developer

About the role

The Junior Business Developer will support the growth of our training programs and corporate partnerships by building client relationships, conducting market research, and assisting senior business development managers. This role combines sales, marketing and project coordination activities to help expand existing business areas and generate new leads.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, instructors, students, partners and corporates.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop existing business areas and generate new leads through various channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and marketing materials to support the sales process.
• Coordinate logistics and daily operations of training programs, both on‑campus and off‑site.
• Assist with marketing and advertising initiatives via email, social media, website and direct outreach.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support to participants.
• Collect and analyze data on training outcomes and prepare regular reports.
• Organise and coordinate events related to the training programs.
• Support senior business development managers in client meetings and help tailor proposals.
• Provide feedback from prospects and clients to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Education or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and fluency in English.
• Project management capability.
