Junior Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Tech team. You will help develop, maintain and refine the automated compliance logic that powers our platform, turning complex international regulations into actionable, automated assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and optimise legal rules in the platform to generate high‑level compliance assessments.
• Translate labour, tax, social security and data‑protection regulations into clear, executable logic.
• Audit and refine existing automated rules for accuracy, simplicity and granularity.
• Monitor international regulatory changes and update the logic accordingly.
• Maintain data banks, procedures and documentation to support scalable operations.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product and Ops teams to align compliance logic with user needs.
• Own end‑to‑end task execution and proactively solve problems in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in labour law, corporate or wage tax, social security or data protection.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting, with a disciplined approach to verification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
