Junior Electrical Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as a Junior Electrical Engineer. You will support the maintenance of power‑station equipment, contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and gain exposure to a variety of engineering functions through job rotations and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on machine fault repairs and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain daily maintenance logbooks and ensure compliance with ISO‑related records.
• Validate and approve spare‑parts requests according to operational needs.
• Analyze fault reports from the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor and forward consolidated reports to the Head of Electrical Maintenance.
• Monitor power‑station operational status and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate periodic maintenance schedules and develop comprehensive maintenance plans.
• Work with the spare‑parts store to monitor inventory levels for machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new machines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 0‑2 years of experience in electrical engineering or maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Oracle CRM is a plus.
