Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join Madd Media’s growing team. The role is fully remote and focuses on producing high‑quality visual content, especially for social‑media channels. You will collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn ideas into engaging graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, visually appealing graphics tailored for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create designs for campaigns, branding materials, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Finalize design projects based on provided directions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality designs and assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team collaborations to align on creative goals.
• Adapt to feedback and revisions in a flexible, constructive manner.
• Utilize AI‑powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related visual design field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or remote experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid experience designing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design or productivity tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
