Junior Marketing Account Manager

About the role

WHY Marketing Hub is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Account Manager to join its New Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support senior account managers in daily client interactions, coordinate internal teams, and help ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers with client communication and briefing of creative and digital teams.
• Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support lead‑generation activities, including proposal preparation and gathering client requirements.
• Contribute to client presentations and help translate marketing objectives into actionable plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and client‑relationship abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational sales and lead‑generation interest.
• Solid project‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
• Basic use of productivity or CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM platforms).
