About the role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic Junior Sales Associate to join our toy store team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience for children and parents while driving sales of our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find the perfect toys.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and age suitability.
• Recommend complementary items and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Restock shelves, receive and label new inventory, and support store promotions and events.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially with toys, stationery, childcare or children’s products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and parents in a fun, patient manner.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about toys and play.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
