Key Account Manager – Egypt (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead business development in Egypt. Based remotely in Cairo, you will work closely with product, marketing and digital teams to grow existing categories, launch new products and strengthen relationships with retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy that exceeds sales and margin targets.
• Launch new Shark and Ninja products and expand core categories in the Egyptian market.
• Plan and run on‑line, in‑store and off‑page activities to drive strong sales performance.
• Provide accurate forecasts aligned with company goals.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with customers and manage promotional plans.
• Interpret market and sell‑out data to identify business opportunities.
• Organise trade shows, retail events and report competitive activities and pricing.
• Identify and onboard new retailers to generate incremental business.
• Represent SharkNinja professionally across all channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
