Lead Generation Specialist – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive top‑of‑the‑funnel activities for our environmental and sustainability services in the Saudi market. This remote position, based in Egypt, focuses on identifying high‑potential companies and securing qualified conversations for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers across industries that need environmental and sustainability solutions in Saudi Arabia.
• Generate high‑quality B2B leads using outbound research, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling and market mapping.
• Book qualified meetings and hand over warm opportunities to the sales team.
• Build and maintain accurate databases of decision‑makers (HSE, sustainability, operations, procurement) with verified contact details.
• Track outreach, conversion and pipeline metrics, continuously refining targeting based on performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development (SDR/BDR) or outbound prospecting.
• Proven success generating leads and booking meetings in the Saudi or wider GCC market.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong plus.
• Self‑directed, target‑oriented and comfortable working remotely aligned with business hours.
