Learning Delivery Lead

About the role

The Learning Delivery Lead will drive the design, execution and continuous improvement of Nawy’s learning programs. Reporting to the Learning Director, you will ensure that all in‑person, virtual and hybrid training experiences are engaging, learner‑centered and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of all training programs, guaranteeing quality, consistency and measurable impact.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to internal and external facilitators, fostering facilitation‑excellent.
• Collaborate with the Learning Design team to ensure content is facilitation‑ready and learner‑focused.
• Develop and maintain a scalable framework for learning delivery that integrates with the broader curriculum roadmap.
• Coordinate schedules, capacity and resource allocation for facilitators and freelance trainers.
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance virtual and hybrid learning experiences.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting and alignment of delivery strategies with overall L&D initiatives.
• Implement quality and impact measurement mechanisms for all learning interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading learning delivery or training programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and mentorship capabilities.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and hybrid/virtual training modalities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align delivery tactics with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
