Legal Advisor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join the Legal Department of Value International Group. The role will provide strategic legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk while supporting business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to senior management and internal teams on commercial and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate engineering, construction and other commercial contracts.
• Identify legal risks, propose business‑oriented solutions and monitor compliance with internal policies and multi‑jurisdictional laws.
• Support dispute resolution and claims management, coordinating with external counsel when needed.
• Prepare legal opinions, reports and maintain organized contract files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi and UAE regulations and corporate/commercial law.
• Experience with engineering and construction contracts.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
