Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. You will support both import and export operations, ensuring smooth shipping activities, accurate documentation, and compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and international trade requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipping documentation.
• Process ACID applications through the NAFEZA platform.
• Arrange export bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Prepare export documentation in line with customs and trade regulations.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with customs brokers.
• Verify packing lists against physical shipments before export.
• Prepare commercial invoices and other required shipping documents.
• Track shipment progress and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Support the logistics team in resolving shipment issues and transit delays.
• Upload and manage shipment documents on CargoX and other digital trade platforms when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations, NAFEZA, or ACID procedures is an advantage.
