Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and smooth coordination among suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. This role supports both operational logistics and cross‑functional initiatives such as promotional events and sample distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor shipments to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
• Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and customs regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales departments.
• Assist in organizing promotional material, events, and sample distribution.
• Maintain a database of samples and their locations.
• Provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or transportation management.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Residency in Zahraa Almaadi, Maadi, or Moqattam (Cairo area) is mandatory.
