Logistics Operations Coordinator

About the role
The Logistics Operations Coordinator will support daily transportation activities for a leading logistics provider operating in Egypt and KSA. Based at the Sheraton in Cairo, you will ensure trucks are tracked, drivers are coordinated, and shipments move efficiently from ports to destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track truck movements throughout the day.
- Follow up with drivers to confirm schedules and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of transportation tasks.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to support operations management decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in logistics, trucking, heavy‑truck, transportation, or fleet management.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
