Logistics Specialist – Transportation & Fleet Operations

About the role
The Logistics Specialist oversees daily transportation and fleet operations, ensuring efficient driver management, compliance monitoring, payroll coordination, and smooth execution of logistics activities. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage driver handling and daily transportation operations.
- Monitor driver compliance and follow‑up on issues.
- Coordinate driver salary closing and payroll processes.
- Supervise fleet activities and transportation operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management or a similar operational role.
- Experience in driver handling, transportation operations, and fleet supervision.
- Strong analytical, reporting and data‑management abilities.
