Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a project that enhances AI models with high‑quality logistics data. You will apply your domain expertise to review, annotate, and improve supply chain documentation, helping shape the next generation of intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that illustrates best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Evaluate existing supply chain workflows and recommend process improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials that reflect industry standards and nuanced supply chain challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
