Luxury Coach – Manage Fragrance Consultant Team

About the role

The Luxury Coach will lead a dynamic team of 25‑30 fragrance consultants across Cairo and Giza, driving sales performance and ensuring the brand’s premium standards are consistently delivered. This position reports directly to the Brand Manager and plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for Coty’s luxury fragrance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise a multi‑location team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, attendance, appearance and performance standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide hands‑on coaching and field supervision.
• Handle staff issues, escalations, performance development plans and daily operational needs.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to resolve store‑related challenges.
• Prepare commercial reports on sales trends, best sellers, slow movers and recommend actions.
• Maintain brand and customer service standards across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager or Multi‑Store Manager.
• Proven track record managing 20+ frontline employees across multiple locations.
• Fluent English with strong communication abilities.
• Highly flexible with working hours and comfortable working on‑site throughout Cairo & Giza.
• Background in beauty, fashion, luxury, FMCG or retail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / MS Office proficiency.
