Telesales Team Leader

About the role

iSchool, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a results‑driven Telesales Team Leader to guide its telesales team toward ambitious sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the telesales team to exceed sales targets.
• Monitor daily performance, provide feedback, and conduct coaching sessions, call reviews and role‑playing exercises.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, call quality and productivity, and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high‑value opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates and company policies.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Training, Marketing and Operations to optimise performance.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new telesales representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑center sales.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and performance‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Fluency in English preferred.
