Luxury Fragrance Consultant – Alexandria

About the role

We are looking for a Luxury Fragrance Consultant to join our Alexandria store. The consultant will deliver personalized fragrance experiences, represent Coty’s luxury perfume portfolio and contribute to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their fragrance preferences, occasions and lifestyle.
• Recommend and sell fragrances from the Coty luxury range, providing detailed notes, families and brand stories.
• Deliver engaging in‑store fragrance consultations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs and incentive objectives.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling across the fragrance portfolio.
• Track daily sell‑out performance and report on sales metrics.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities and in‑store activations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of fragrance notes, families and luxury perfume brands.
• Excellent selling and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
