About the role
We are a leading logistics and freight forwarding company based in Alexandria, Egypt, looking for experienced sales professionals to strengthen our commercial team. Open positions include Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor and Senior Sales Executive, each responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue in international freight forwarding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, coach and motivate sales teams, monitoring KPIs and performance.
- Generate new business opportunities, prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Maintain and grow key accounts while coordinating closely with operations and customer service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a freight forwarding company or shipping line.
- Proven track record in sales with at least 1‑5 years of relevant experience, depending on the role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
