Market Access Lead - Oncology/Immunology

About the role

EVA Pharma is looking for an experienced and strategic Market Access Lead for its Oncology and Immunology portfolio in Cairo. The role is central to achieving optimal patient access and reimbursement, leading market access strategies, engaging with key stakeholders and championing the value of the therapies across diverse healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market access strategies for the Oncology and Immunology products
• Lead value dossiers, HTA submissions and reimbursement negotiations
• Align Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and Governmental Affairs teams
• Build relationships with payers, policymakers, healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups
• Monitor policy, reimbursement trends and competition, and support evidence generation such as real-world data and HEOR studies
• Manage and coach a team of market access professionals
• Track and report performance metrics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 4 years of market access experience in pharma, with a strong oncology background
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian healthcare systems, reimbursement processes and payer dynamics
