Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Groovy Aesthetic Clinics is seeking a full‑time Marketing Account Manager to join its Cairo team. You will be the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring their marketing needs are met while driving lead generation and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts from initiation to completion, maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the health, beauty, and wellness sector.
• Generate qualified leads and pursue new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and building strong client relationships.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, including planning and organization.
• Experience in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the health, beauty, or wellness industry is an advantage.
