Marketing & Brand Officer

About the role

HARTH is seeking a Marketing & Brand Officer to lead the creation and execution of campaigns that reinforce its tea and botanical brand across Egypt and global markets. Based onsite in Cairo, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
• Develop, launch, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and grow HARTH’s social media presence, creating engaging content and tracking performance metrics.
• Produce and direct photography and video content that showcases product texture, materiality, and preparation.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and retail initiatives to support sales objectives.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine messaging and strategy.

Required profile

• Strong background in market research, brand management, or consumer‑goods marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or related sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Cairo with strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion or similar digital analytics/organisation tools.
