Marketing Manager – Education Sector

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our education‑focused marketing initiatives in Nasr City, Cairo. The role will shape brand awareness, generate student enrollment leads, and support revenue growth through integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with enrollment targets and business goals.
• Define audience segments (parents, students, corporate clients, schools) and craft tailored messaging.
• Plan and manage multi‑channel campaigns including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email, print, outdoor, and events.
• Oversee website optimization for lead generation and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Produce high‑quality content such as success stories, testimonials, faculty interviews, and virtual tours.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and build relationships with local media and influencers.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, coordinate external agencies, and manage the marketing budget.
• Report on KPIs, campaign ROI, and provide regular performance analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the education sector.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with admissions, sales, and external partners.
