Marketing Manager – Multi‑Channel Campaign Lead

About the role

The Marketing Manager will design and execute comprehensive multi‑channel campaigns to boost customer acquisition, engagement and retention for Mashreq’s banking services. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with product, digital, sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of digital, traditional and direct marketing campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, from ideation and budgeting to performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to develop strategies that support business goals.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with agencies, media outlets and key stakeholders.
• Oversee creation of content, advertising and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity to refine tactics.
• Ensure all marketing assets are updated across Mashreq’s branch network.
• Guarantee compliance with banking regulations, brand guidelines and corporate policies.
• Leverage data analytics to optimise campaigns and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of marketing experience, preferably in banking, fintech or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
