Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Heliopolis. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on promoting Jewelryboxjb’s collections across both online and offline channels while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns for new and existing jewelry collections.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, email newsletters and in‑store promotions.
• Support visual‑merchandising initiatives and collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams.
• Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a professional brand representation.
• Proven experience in market research, data analysis and translating insights into campaigns.
• Background in sales or promotional activities, preferably within retail, fashion or luxury sectors.
• Ability to manage multi‑channel marketing efforts and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in jewelry, fashion or lifestyle brands and Egyptian/Pharaonic heritage is a plus.
