Marketing Specialist – Travel Industry

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts in the travel industry. Based in El Shorouk City, Cairo, you will work closely with the sales team to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through innovative campaigns and compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Develop and maintain monthly marketing and content calendars.
• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts.
• Monitor engagement, grow the online community, and stay abreast of social media trends.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, and report on performance.
• Write persuasive copy for social media, travel packages, website pages, and email marketing.
• Design marketing assets such as posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and presentations; edit short promotional videos for Reels and TikTok.
• Track KPIs (lead generation, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with sales teams.
