Mechanical Engineer – Fresh Graduate Research & Design (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a fresh‑graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our remote research and design team. The role focuses on precise, iterative design work that directly influences the quality of our engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce multiple design iterations, including sketches, CAD drawings, calculations and technical reports for each project.
• Develop detailed CAD models and simulation files using SolidWorks and related tools.
• Prepare manual and computational calculations, analysis reports, and technical documentation.
• Work on product design, machine & structural design (e.g., wind turbines, green buildings), and MEP systems such as HVAC, plumbing and firefighting.
• Perform advanced simulations and analyses using MATLAB, SAP and ANSYS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated in 2024 or later.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical problem‑solver who can work independently under light supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliability in meeting fixed batch delivery deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Ability to create technical reports and documentation.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, SAP or ANSYS (preferred).
