About the role
Yodawy is looking for a Medical Call Center Pharmacist to deliver high‑quality, non‑judgmental telephone support to patients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while adhering to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient telephone customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain average handling time as defined by contact‑center guidelines.
- Update the patient database with status changes and relevant information.
- Complete call logs and generate reports for planning and decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Biotechnology or a related science.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong computer proficiency.
