Receptionist – Premium Eye Center

About the role

We are seeking a professional receptionist to join our premium eye centre in New Cairo. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage the check‑in and check‑out process.
• Confirm and schedule patient appointments via phone and messaging.
• Handle incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and services.
• Coordinate patient flow to maintain efficient clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Organise the reception area and uphold a professional environment.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Ability to interact respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Punctuality and commitment to work.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
