Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will work on‑site in Egypt promoting Majestic BioPharma’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals. You will build trusted relationships, deliver product information, and gather market insights to support the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Visit physicians, pharmacists and clinic staff regularly to present products and conduct demonstrations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product clinical benefits and convey this information accurately.
• Collect market feedback and report trends to inform commercial planning.
• Plan and execute territory coverage, track sales activities and achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and participate in medical conferences and events.
• Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and relevant disease areas.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales, negotiation and territory‑management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ethical mindset with knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in email communication tools.
• Experience using office productivity software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
