MEP Project Manager - Giza

About the role

Innovo Build Egypt is looking for an MEP Project Manager based in Giza. The role manages and oversees all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities across assigned projects, coordinating design, construction and subcontractor teams so that MEP systems are delivered in line with quality, safety and budget standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute MEP construction activities from start to handover.
• Review MEP designs, drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural and other technical teams on interfaces and sequencing.
• Manage subcontractors' performance, progress and quality against schedule and budget.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning with QA/QC and safety teams.
• Approve materials, shop drawings and method statements.
• Monitor costs and variations and give technical input to cost control and planning.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and health and safety standards.
• Inspect sites regularly, prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and internal departments for timely approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of MEP construction experience, including 3 years in a project management or senior site leadership role.
• Experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of MEP codes, safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in English.

• Project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera, and MS Office.
• Cost management, project planning and contract administration.
