About the role
Tabby is seeking a high‑impact leader to own the performance, structure, and scalability of its SME Sales & Activation Engine. You will oversee a large team of tele‑sales and onboarding specialists, guiding merchants from prospect to live and transacting status.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and lead a sizable team of Inside Sales Managers and Executives.
- Build a high‑performance culture focused on KPIs such as call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and time‑to‑live.
- Integrate AI, automation, and CRM tools to pre‑qualify leads and reduce friction in the sales stack.
- Own end‑to‑end funnel metrics, identify leakage points, and implement data‑driven fixes.
- Design and document SOPs and playbooks, removing bottlenecks between Sales, Risk, and Ops.
- Define success metrics, track them via dashboards, and hold managers accountable for revenue and live merchant outcomes.
- Act as the primary bridge between RevOps, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large inside‑sales or tele‑sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive performance.
- Ability to design processes, SOPs, and drive continuous improvement.
