About the role
The Microfinance Credit Analysis Supervisor will lead the analysis and monitoring of our credit portfolio, ensuring asset quality and driving data‑based decisions. You will work closely with senior management to translate portfolio performance into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive portfolio analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Monitor asset quality using key performance indicators such as PAR, delinquency, collection efficiency, vintage analysis and concentration risk.
- Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to senior management.
- Recommend corrective actions and risk‑mitigation strategies based on analysis.
- Oversee credit assessment processes and ensure ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, portfolio monitoring or similar financial services roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving and decisive decision‑making abilities.
