About the role
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 professional to help digitize and automate our business processes. The role is project‑based and focuses on transforming paper‑based workflows into a fully digital environment using the Microsoft 365 suite.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing paper‑based processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop Power Apps forms and full‑featured applications.
- Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Implement document management solutions on SharePoint Online.
- Digitize approval processes and maintain accurate records.
- Build simple dashboards and reports for monitoring.
- Train end‑users and produce basic documentation.
Required profile
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands‑on work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Background in business process automation.
- Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, logistics, HSE, or shipbuilding environments is a plus.
