About the role

Koenig Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer to deliver high‑impact instructor‑led sessions in German. The role involves both virtual and classroom environments, supporting global learners across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

Design, update, and maintain Microsoft certification courseware, labs, assessments, and learning materials.
Deliver engaging instructor‑led training (virtual and classroom) on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Windows Server, and related technologies.
Conduct hands‑on labs, technical demonstrations, workshops, and certification‑focused training sessions.
Stay current with Microsoft technologies, certifications, and industry best practices.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Microsoft technical trainer.
Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
Fluent in English and German (additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus).
Strong presentation, facilitation, and learner‑engagement skills.
