Mid/Senior Growth Manager – Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager to own the full growth funnel of our mobile fitness app. You will be responsible for turning ideas into measurable results, driving user acquisition, conversion, and revenue while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.
• Own end‑to‑end ASO: keyword research, metadata, store creative, competitor analysis, testing and conversion optimisation for both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Identify and fix drop‑off points in the trial‑to‑paid journey, improving onboarding, paywall and lifecycle conversion.
• Develop, test and scale ad creatives, copy, landing pages and promotional content.
• Track and analyse acquisition cost, installs, trial starts, trial‑to‑paid conversion, ROAS, retention, LTV and subscription revenue to guide budget decisions.
• Research user behaviour, competitor tactics, community feedback and turn insights into measurable experiments.
• Collaborate with founders, product, design, engineering, data, creative, platforms, creators and agencies to execute growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven mobile growth experience or strong early‑career potential.
• Hands‑on experience with Apple Search Ads and ASO on both app stores.
• Ability to work autonomously, turn ideas into results and thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
• Motivation, analytical thinking and a focus on revenue‑generating metrics.
