Mobility Manager – Captain Tayyar

About the role

We are seeking a Mobility Manager to lead the development, partnerships, operations, and growth of the Mobility vertical for Captain Tayyar, a new venture of Egypteneur. This role will shape airport transfers, chauffeur services, ride‑hailing collaborations, corporate transportation, and premium mobility solutions across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the mobility growth strategy, creating new offerings such as airport transfers, ride‑hailing, corporate transport, chauffeur services, premium & VIP mobility, and electric/sustainable solutions.
• Identify and secure new revenue streams and business opportunities within the mobility sector.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with airlines, airports, hotels, corporate accounts, car‑rental firms, ride‑hailing operators, real‑estate developers, and premium residential communities.
• Design, optimize, and monitor mobility operations, including SOPs, fleet and driver performance, service quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance mobility features, define customer journeys, and integrate maps, booking engines, payment solutions, and loyalty programs.
• Manage the mobility P&L, develop pricing strategies, track KPIs (trips, revenue, utilization, satisfaction, retention, partnership performance).
• Work with marketing to launch campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and build brand awareness for Captain Tayyar Mobility Services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobility, transportation, ride‑hailing, travel tech, logistics, or aviation services.
• Background with companies such as Uber, Careem, InDrive, Swvl, Yango, or experience in airline/airport operations.
• Proven ability to develop and launch new mobility products or services.
• Preferred experience in airport mobility services and an existing network within transportation and travel sectors.
