About the role
We are looking for a Moderator of Orders Feed to join our Customer Service and Experience team in Egypt. The moderator will ensure that the orders displayed on our platform comply with community standards and legal requirements, protecting users from inappropriate or illegal content.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the moderation system and flag content that violates service rules.
- Block users who breach community guidelines.
- Remove inappropriate content such as adult nudity, illegal goods, bullying, harassment, hate speech, etc.
- Track inappropriate orders using Google Sheets as required.
- Compile and maintain a list of censored words.
- Conduct labeling of various datasets.
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Native proficiency in Urdu.
- English level B1 (preferable).
- Confident PC user with strong cultural background.
