Molecular Biology Specialist – AI Training Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Molecular Biology Specialist to support an AI training project that aims to improve how advanced artificial intelligence systems understand and reason about life‑science topics. The contractor will work remotely, reviewing scientific data, protocols and AI‑generated content, and will create clear explanations and reference material for the AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review molecular biology data, experimental protocols and scientific literature for accuracy.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content, identifying factual errors, inconsistencies and unsupported conclusions.
• Create detailed explanations, annotations and realistic scenarios to enrich AI training datasets.
• Develop questions, case studies and datasets that reflect current molecular biology practices.
• Provide structured, evidence‑based feedback to improve AI response quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging techniques and suggest relevant applications.

Required profile

• PhD, MSc or equivalent degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or a related life‑science field.
• Hands‑on experience in molecular biology research, experimental design and data interpretation.
• Proven ability to write, review or evaluate scientific content with precision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
