About the role

MetLife is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on selling a range of insurance products, assisting customers with their coverage needs, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and assess their insurance requirements.
• Present appropriate insurance solutions and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Manage brokerage activities, including policy administration and documentation.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
