North Africa MTT Lead - Egypt & Levant

About the role

The North Africa MTT Lead based in Cairo will act as the technical bridge between the North Africa branch, Dubai headquarters and local sales teams across Egypt and the Levant. Reporting to the North Africa Branch MTT Manager, the role ensures deep product knowledge, supports sales initiatives, and guarantees compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on tire tests for new products and prototypes.
• Gather and analyse competitor tire information.
• Develop and maintain the Product Power Index.
• Provide after‑sales monitoring support.
• Conduct operating condition surveys, scrap‑tire analysis and Market Service Index (MSI) surveys.
• Collect and analyse Voice of Customer (VOC) data and perform count surveys to assess market presence.
• Deliver product and claim‑handling training, technical seminars and daily support to sales teams.
• Develop fleet approaches, sales promotions and relationships with fleet customers, distributors and technical stakeholders.
• Handle local claim processing, claim data analysis and quality‑concern reporting.
• Approach local OEM distributors and manage OEM relationships.
• Monitor local regulations, negotiate with authorities and arrange tire certification.
• Coach technical knowledge and reporting skills within the branch.

Required profile

• Based in Cairo and able to work on‑site.
• Experience in technical product support within the tire or automotive industry.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret test results, market surveys and competitor data.
• Ability to train and support sales teams and interact with distributors and fleet customers.
• Knowledge of local regulations and certification processes.
