About the role

MetLife is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on selling insurance policies, supporting customers with their coverage needs, and driving brokerage activities to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, and property policies.
• Maintain and grow positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage brokerage activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
• Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
