Onboarding Specialist (Professional Service L2)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Professional Service Specialist (Level 2) to join OSOSS and lead the onboarding of our SaaS ERP customers. You will solve technical challenges, implement ERP solutions, and ensure a smooth transition for retail businesses adopting our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Odoo, ERP, or CRM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Deliver end‑user training and onboarding sessions, including Train‑the‑Trainer programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide ongoing technical support to enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure successful deployments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation or technical support.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo, ERP, or CRM implementations.
- Strong customer‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience delivering training and onboarding.
- Based in Cairo‑Sheraton or nearby areas and able to work on‑site.
