Oncology Case Manager – Cairo

About the role

The Case Manager will work on‑site in New Cairo, coordinating the full care pathway for oncology patients from admission through follow‑up. This role ensures patients receive timely consultations, treatments and diagnostics while navigating administrative and logistical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, medical teams and support services.
• Monitor patient progress, identify barriers to care and advocate for resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with institutional protocols and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work or a related health/human services field.
• Relevant experience in case management, preferably within oncology or complex clinical settings.
• Strong communication and counseling abilities in English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Commitment to patient‑centered, culturally sensitive care.
