Product Specialist – Dermatology (Cairo)

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad’s dermatology products to both new and existing customers across Cairo. The role includes regular on‑site visits, after‑sales support, in‑service training, and coaching of junior staff while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales visits, identify customer needs, and present product benefits versus competitors.
• Schedule appointments, deliver product demonstrations, and use sales aids and marketing data effectively.
• Provide in‑service training for end‑users on system applications at customer sites.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact information.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions, and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and KOLs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, bioscience, nursing, chemistry, or related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Based in Cairo, with a valid driving license and personal car.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
