Online Sales Manager (Remote)

About the role

Join Kodland, a global online school that teaches coding and digital skills to children aged 5‑17. As an Online Sales Manager you will conduct live trial lessons, build relationships with families, and guide them to the right courses—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 60‑minute trial lessons via Zoom for children and their parents.
• Establish friendly connections with families, understand their goals, and present Kodland’s programs.
• Answer questions, handle objections professionally, and convert interested families into enrollments.
• Follow a clear sales structure, receive practical training, and benefit from ongoing support.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence on video calls.
• Arabic speaker with English level B2 or higher.
• Availability during evening hours (from 16:00 Egypt time) and at least 25 hours per week, including one weekend day.
• Technical setup: PC or laptop, webcam, headset or microphone, and stable internet.
