Operations Analyst – Remote, $15/hr

About the role

We are looking for a remote Operations Analyst to join our team for a four‑week contract. You will design and develop multi‑agent benchmark tasks that simulate real‑world operational challenges such as logistics, project management, and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑agent benchmark tasks involving planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Create realistic operational scenarios with constraints, dependencies, and resource limits.
• Write Python scripts to evaluate feasibility, completeness, and optimality of task definitions.
• Decompose complex problems into structured sub‑tasks for multi‑agent systems.
• Model timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints for each scenario.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve task quality, coverage, and evaluation rigor.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operations, project management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of constraints, dependencies, and scheduling logic.
• Proficiency in Python for validation and verification scripting.
• Excellent structured problem‑solving and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
